Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor (Kinesiologist)

Stacey Bout is passionate about working with clients to create a space for them to be acknowledged, empowered and to facilitate this for them. Whether working 1:1 with a client, or facilitating a group, her goal is always to empower others in their journey and learning. Stacey is a Holistic Kinesiologist & Wellbeing Consultant, a Mental Health First Aid Master Instructor and LivingWorks ASIST (Suicide Intervention) Trainer. She also has over 25 years of experience working with organisations across a variety of sectors and roles, however, it is her work in the Wellbeing space that is her passion. Stacey has a strong interest in emotional and psychological issues, in particular wellbeing and trauma, and working with 1:1 clients holistically to meet them where they are at and support them in their wellbeing journey. When facilitating group training and workshops, Stacey is known to create a safe, inclusive and interactive training environment. Having previously experienced life as a Defence/Military partner, she has a personal interest in mental health issues related to Defence “life” and deployment-related issues for both serving personnel and their families/friends. She is a strong advocate and educator for suicide intervention knowledge and awareness. She considers herself very fortunate to do work that she loves and doesn’t feel like “work”, however, there is more that fills her world; she is a lover of weekends away and travel, good food, has had a gratitude practice for 15+ years that is a foundation to her mental health and wellbeing and is doing her best to get back into a regular yoga practice! Qualifications include B.Sc in Psychology & Management and Diploma in Kinesiology.
