Isabella Peters is a motivated and results-driven Accredited Exercise Physiologist with five years of experience, including four years in the mining industry. She specializes in workplace wellbeing, safety, and injury prevention, with a proven track record in developing and implementing wellness programs, facilitating training courses, and conducting ergonomic assessments.
Isabella takes an evidence-based, holistic approach to improving employee health, productivity, and overall workplace safety. As a consultant for WFR in Western Australia, she has worked with companies such as Asahi, Tronox, CBH, and IGO Mining to design and implement wellbeing programs and facilitate health and safety training courses.
In her most recent role at Northern Star Jundee Gold Mine Site, Isabella collaborated closely with HR, safety teams, and management to ensure wellness initiatives aligned with company objectives and delivered meaningful improvements in employee health and performance.

- Workplace Safety & Injury Prevention: Identified high-risk tasks and implemented workplace improvements that led to reduced injury rates and enhanced productivity.
- Leadership & Training: Progressed to a Senior WFR team member, facilitated team training seminars, and provided mentorship to junior team members.
