Chris is a seasoned Global Executive leader with a 20-year tenure at Lendlease, a leading international property, construction, and ASX-200 listed company. Over the course of his career, Chris has held multiple executive leadership roles, leading global functional teams and driving strategic transformation across diverse markets.

With extensive international experience, Chris has deep insights into complex global operations, risk management, and high-performance leadership. His expertise spans strategy development, business intelligence, data & analytics, organisational learning, and assurance, ensuring businesses operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably.

At the core of his leadership philosophy is an unwavering ability to motivate, inspire, and build trust within teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Chris’s ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels has positioned him as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in navigating organisational challenges and driving sustainable success.

Chris is an Illawarra region local who recently shifted further south to Kiama. He is married to Ulla and when they are not doing work on their new property they like walking, exercising and spending time with their four children ranging from 24 to 17. Chris and his family have lived overseas in the UK and Middle East and he has travelled extensively in prior work roles to 36 countries. He formerly spent time as a professional rugby player and can still be found cheering    on the Waratahs and Dragons most weekends
